Prerequisites: You must be logged in with Admin permissions to access these features.
Accessing Edit Mode
To begin customizing the page:
Navigate to the Home page of your workspace.
Locate the toggle switch at the top center of the screen.
Switch the toggle from View to Edit. You will now see the editing interface.
1. Customizing the Welcome Section
The top section of your Home page is used to greet your users and provide context about the workspace.
Edit Image: Click the
xon the existing image to remove it, or select the image area to upload a new banner photo.Edit Text: Use the text editor box on the right to write your welcome message. You can use the toolbar to format text (Bold, Italic), create lists, or insert links.
2. Managing Announcements
The Manage announcements section allows you to pin important news or updates to the top of the Home page.
Add Announcement: Click the blue + Announcement button to create a new post.
Set Popup: Click Set popup if you wish to configure a pop-up message that appears immediately when users enter the platform (useful for urgent news or onboarding tips).
3. Managing Pages and Layout
The Manage pages section controls the content blocks displayed below the announcements (such as "Ongoing collections" or "Customer Feedback").
Add Page: Click the blue + Page button to add a new content section to the Home page.
Reorder: Click Reorder to drag and drop sections, changing the sequence in which they appear to users.
Layout: Click Layout to adjust how the content cards are displayed within the sections.
4. Publishing Your Changes
Changes made in Edit Mode are not immediately visible to users. To save and apply your edits:
Look for the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen once you have made an edit.
Click the Publish button in this bar to make your changes live.
Switch the top toggle back to View to see the page exactly as your users will see it.
Tips for a Great Home Page
Don't Forget to Publish: If you navigate away from the page without clicking "Publish" in the bottom bar, your layout changes and text edits may be lost.
Clear Navigation: Use the "Welcome" text to explain exactly what users should do (e.g., "Submit your ideas below!").
