The level of control you have over who joins your Hives hub depends on who you want to engage and gather input from. Here are the 3 options to choose from:
Allowed Domains
Grant access to users with email addresses from specific domains (e.g., "yourcompany.com" or "acme.io"). Users with allowed domain emails won't automatically join, they can still choose to register. They might also see your hub listed as "Recommended hubs to join" if they sign in to Hives through the hives website.
Open Hub
Open your hub to anyone with any email address.
Email Invitation
Invite specific people by email, regardless of domain restrictions. This is always available to Admins, even with allowed domains or open hub enabled. When you invite someone by email, they'll receive an email with a magic link to join your Hives hub.
