There are a couple of different ways to manage how people can access your Hive. But no matter which way you choose, you can rely on the fact that it will always be easy for them to join.
Invite with link
Share a link that leads directly to your Hive. Invitees can sign up using email (magic link), Google, Microsoft, or Slack.
Note: Manage who can join through this link by adjusting allowed domains in your admin settings(more about that here).
Invite with email
Invite specific people by email. They'll receive an email with a link that takes them directly to your Hive start page.
Share a specific collection with participants
Share a specific collection with others by activating the "Share/Invite" feature within that collection.
