Depending on who you'd like to engage, and get input from you might want to control which people can join your hives hub, or even open it up for anyone to join.

You have 3 options to choose between to control who can join:

Allowed domains

Email addresses which includes any of the allowed domains will be able to register for your hub. You can add any domain that you would like emails to able joining from.

e.g "yourcompany.com" or "acme.io".

If a person goes to hives website and signs in from there, they will also be able to see your hives hub as "Recommended hubs to join" if they have an email address that is listed in allowed domains.

Open hub

Activating this feature will open up for anyone joining this hub with any email address.

Email invitation

No matter if you have allowed domains or open hub activated, Admins will always be able to invite through email by clicking the + button in the header. If you don't have any allowed domains listed or have activated "Open hub", inviting by email will be the only choice to get people to join.

When you invite someone by email, they will get an email saying that you have invited them to join. And give them a magic link to click to join your hives hub.

Lets start engaging people in your hives hub! πŸŽ‰
