The ultimate objective when collecting ideas is typically to identify concepts that can be implemented to enhance your organization. To streamline the process of presenting an idea to a decision maker or someone with authority over the solution, you can easily transform ideas into a well-organized and clear report.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Navigate to the report side of the idea.

As a manager overseeing a collection, you have the option to switch an idea to the report side using the three dots available on all ideas (please note that this feature is not accessible to contributors).

Simply click on the "View report" option, and you'll be presented with a report view of the idea.

This report will encompass all the information that has been filled out for the idea and can be generated at any stage of the process, regardless of the current step the idea is in.

2. Export the report.

If you wish to share the report as a PDF, you can find that option on the report side of the card within the three small dots in the upper right corner.

Happy reporting πŸ‘‹
